  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, Bank Transfer & Cash on Delivery.

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in OMR (Omani Riyal) and are inclusive of VAT (if applicable).

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and ship orders within 1 business day.

  • Delivery Estimates: All Oman orders will be delivered within 2–5 business days.

  • Third-Party Carriers: Souq Kicks is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters).

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns: We do not accept returns.

  • Exchanges:

    • Exchanges are available only within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

    • An exchange fee of 10 OMR will be applied to each exchange transaction.
