Delivery Area:

  • We currently offer free delivery within Oman.

  • We also offer worldwide delivery. Shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

  • All international orders must be prepaid. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery across Oman.

  • Worldwide Delivery: A delivery charge of 15–20 OMR will be applied depending on your delivery address. We will handle customs clearance, VAT, and all other taxes.

Processing & Delivery Time:

  • Oman Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1 business day.

  • Oman Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 2–5 days after dispatch.

  • International Orders Processing: Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • International Delivery Time: Items are delivered within 7–14 days after dispatch, depending on your country.

Stock Availability:
All items are in stock. In the rare event that an item is unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer a similar alternative. If you agree to the replacement, we will dispatch it as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

While we do not accept returns, we offer an exchange option under the following conditions:

Exchange Window:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Charges:

  • Oman Orders: A fee of 10 OMR will be applied for each exchange. We will arrange a driver within this cost.

  • International Orders: Buyers must return the item to our address at their own cost. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Condition:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
